FOIL (Fostering Ontopsychological Interdisciplinary Leadership) is a consulting and training firm that was founded in Milan in 2001, by Ac. Prof. Antonio Meneghetti, to provide entrepreneurs, aspiring entrepreneurs, managers and senior executives with the skills necessary to deal effectively with the human element and achieve business success in the process.
The firm is managed by a group of partners with significant professional experience gained both in Italy and abroad, and has in-depth expertise in managerial psychology, organizational psychology, as well as in the application of the ontopsychological methodology to the areas of entrepreneurship and business intuition.
In addition to training and consulting, FOIL publishes specialized journals and books and organizes international events and conferences.
FOIL has offices in Milan for Italy, Moscow and Saint Petersburg for the Russian Federation, Sao Paolo and Recanto Maestro (Rio Grande do Sul) for Latin America, Riga for the Baltic countries, and Berlin for Germany.
